    Uses of this extractor

Use this duplicate sentence extractor to catch repeated copy in articles, emails, reports, AI drafts, support replies, legal notes, help center pages, policy text, academic notes, and long-form content before publishing or sharing.

    Why duplicate sentence detection matters

Repeated sentences can make a document look unfinished, especially when text is copied from multiple sources, merged from several drafts, or generated in sections. This tool separates sentence-level repetition from line-level repetition, so a repeated sentence can still be detected even when it appears inside different paragraphs.

The result list shows each repeated sentence once with the number of times it appears and where it first appears. That makes it easier to decide whether the sentence should be removed, rewritten, or intentionally kept as a standard disclaimer or repeated instruction.

Does this tool store my text or extracted results?

No. Extraction runs in your browser. The page does not need to send your text to a server to detect results. Please check our privacy policy for more details.

    How are sentences detected?

The tool splits text around common sentence endings such as periods, question marks, and exclamation marks, then compares the trimmed sentence text for repeated matches.

Can I ignore repeated disclaimers or notes?

Yes. Use the skip-starts-with filter for repeated boilerplate such as Note, Disclaimer, or Warning, or skip specific sentence numbers with a comma-separated list.
